Arriving Late
If you arrive late, we won’t be able to extend your treatment session over the intended time as we often have back to back bookings. All treatments conclude at the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This allows us to find a more convenient time for you as well as fill your time slot with another client. All cancellations must be received at least seventy two (72) hours before the start time of your appointment. All appointments cancelled with less than seventy two (72) hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full price of your scheduled service. Please read our Terms of Service.
Health Fund Rebates
Most Australians with private health insurance currently receive a rebate from the Australian Government to help cover the cost of their premiums. Elite Male Massage no longer offers health rebates to new or existing clients.
