Bookings may be made by telephone, email, and online. Availability of any time is offered on a first-come-first-served basis. While we are happy to 'hold' a time for a short while, between making an initial enquiry and confirming your requirements, NO enquiry or 'booking' will be considered a 'secure appointment' until we have received the required personal contact information.
Please be advised we only accept payment by credit card for 'Online Bookings.' For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
We accept cash for bookings made by phone or email.

If you arrive late, we won’t be able to extend your treatment session over the intended time as we often have back to back bookings. All treatments conclude at the scheduled time.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This allows us to find a more convenient time for you as well as fill your time slot with another client. All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the start time of your appointment by calling us during regular business hours. All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full price of your scheduled service. Please read our Terms of Service.
Health Fund Rebates
Most Australians with private health insurance currently receive a rebate from the Australian Government to help cover the cost of their premiums. Elite Male Massage will no longer offer health rebates to new or existing clients. For massage deals visit the Elite Male Massage website and receive direct savings.
Elite Male Massage accepts Australian health funds. To receive a refund from your private health fund, your cover must include ‘Remedial Massage’. However, some health funds offer health rebates on relaxation massage. Please check your level of coverage with your health fund provider. We do not offer HICAPS but we will give you the receipt for your health provider after each session. For more information on health fund rebates click here.
