Food, travel and men's massage
I love my food and travel! I wouldn't call myself a foodie but one of the first things I do before visiting a new place is to go on a mad search for awesome restaurants seeking out new food experiences. There's been many a day where I have eaten my way around a city. For me, food is an integral part of experiencing a foreign culture. Travelling is about being open-minded, and I’m a strong believer that this attitude should extend to food. Both food and travel have significantly contributed to my fondest travel memories.
When people often ask me what I do for a living, and I tell them I’m a Remedial Massage Therapist and I travel around Australia with my massage table, I often get the usual, “You’re so lucky!” or “WOW! What a cool job! People who decide to go down this road and choose a life of travelling will soon realise it doesn’t make you Lucky. What people don’t understand is the sacrifice you have to make to live this amazing life of travelling. Luck has nothing to do with it. In this game of life, we all have the free will to create your very own destiny and become whatever you want to become. But at the same time travelling can be extremely taxing, and as much as I would like to deny it, there comes a time when I burn out!
